Job summary

IR Solutions Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a dynamic Digital Marketing professional to plan, manage, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta and Google Ads. The role emphasizes eCommerce growth, ROAS optimization, and data-driven decision making.

You will conduct audience and market research, test ad creatives, and collaborate with design teams to produce engaging, conversion-focused ads. A strong analytics background and experience with tracking tools are essential.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience in Performance Marketing or Digital Marketing.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Strong understanding of ROAS, CAC/CPA, CPC, CPM, CTR and conversion tracking.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns across Meta and Google Ads.
• Monitor budgets and performance to improve ROAS and profitability.
• Conduct audience, product, and market research to identify growth opportunities.
• Test and optimize ad creatives, hooks, copy, and landing pages for conversions.
• Collaborate with design and content teams to develop conversion-focused ads.
