Job summary

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone and email, providing product and service information.
• Follow up with prospects and existing customers to develop sales opportunities and maintain engagement.
• Support the sales team with lead follow-ups, quotations, documentation, and order processing.
• Maintain accurate customer, lead, opportunity, and sales records for reporting.
• Coordinate with Sales, Technical, and Support teams to understand and fulfill customer requirements.
• Prepare tender documents, quotations, proposals, and commercial documentation from internal teams.
• Track quotations, proposals, and customer responses with timely follow-ups.
• Support the sales team in achieving business targets through effective coordination and communication.

Qualifications:

• Intermediate, DAE, or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in inside sales, sales coordination, customer support, or a similar role.
• Experience in B2B sales, IT products, document technology, printers, or related solutions will be preferred.
• Good proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
