• Prepare customer invoices and quotations
• Handle professional email correspondence with customers and clients
• Communicate with customers regarding quotations, orders, invoices, and follow-ups
• Follow up with customers for pending quotations and orders
• Coordinate with customers and internal departments to ensure smooth order processing
• Maintain proper records of customer inquiries, quotations, orders, and sales-related documents
• Prepare sales reports and update customer information
• Support the sales team in day-to-day sales activities
• Perform other sales-related tasks as assigned

Job Specification

Qualification & Requirements

• B.Com / BBA or Equivalent
• 1-3 years of relevant experience in Sales Coordination, Customer Dealing, or Sales Support preferred
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong command of email communication
• Basic knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Word and Excel
• Ability to prepare invoices and quotations
• Customer dealing and follow-up skills
• Good command of English and Urdu
• Energetic, responsible, and willing to learn
