Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to handle daily HR operations on-site in Lahore. The role covers payroll, benefits, HRIS, policy implementation, health and safety, recruitment support, and employee relations to support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Business, 3+ years in HR Generalist roles, and experience with BambooHR and Ceridian Dayforce. On-site work only; relocation not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPHR designation or candidate designation is an asset.
• At least 3 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and HRIS management.
• Workplace investigations and performance management experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with BambooHR is required.
• On-site work; remote or hybrid not available.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Benefits: bi-weekly payroll processing and benefits administration.

Job Description:

TheHuman Resources Generalistis a member of theHR Department team, responsible for thedaily functions of the Human Resources department, includingterminations, policy implementation/monitoring, employee relations, training and development, and overall employee records maintenance. The Human Resources Generalist assists theHuman Resources Managerwith the implementation of changes serving thestrategic goals of the organization, as well as ensuring allregulatory and compliance requirementsare met as they pertain to applicableprivacy and employment legislation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Payroll & Benefits
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate and timely bi-weekly payroll processing.
  • Administer employee benefits programs, ensuring adherence to relevant regulations.
  • Address employee inquiries regarding payroll, timesheets, and benefits.
• HRIS
  • Utilize the Ceridian Dayforce HRIS System to update employee information and streamline HR processes.
• HR Policies & Compliance
  • Develop and update HR policies and procedures to meet legal requirements and industry standards.
  • Communicate policies to employees and provide training as necessary.
  • Promote and enforce Human Resource best practices.
  • Ensure compliance with personal information protection legislation and report any breaches.
• Health & Safety
  • Monitor Health and Safety practices to ensure alignment with OH&S legislative requirements.
  • Review site Human Resource, as well as Health and Safety practices are followed.
• HR Budget
  • Assist in developing and managing HR budgets.
• Recruitment
  • Support the Recruiter with sourcing and screening top talent.
  • Recommend recruitment strategies based upon employment market conditions.
• Employee Relations & Leadership Support
  • Respond to leadership concerns and provide sound advice and guidance.
  • Notify leadership of any suspected or verified employee matters, including misconduct, attendance concerns, or other employee performance issues.
  • Provide employees with appropriate advice which promotes a positive and productive work environment and address any employee concerns using best practice solutions.
• Training & Development
  • Educate both managers and individual contributors in various areas of Human Resource practices.

  • Other related duties as required.

Skills, Knowledge, and Expertise:

• Bachelors or Master’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• CPHR designation, or CPHR Candidate designation is considered an asset.
• A minimum of three (3) years of hands-on experience in HR roles, preferably in aGeneralist capacity, showcasing expertise inpayroll, benefits administration, and HRIS system management.
• Experience withworkplace investigations and performance managementis an asset.
• Strong knowledge ofemployment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with theBambooHR is required.
• Work is performed at the work site. Remote or Hybrid work is not available.
