Job summary

Prime System Solutions is seeking an HR Generalist to handle daily HR operations on-site in Lahore. The role covers payroll, benefits, HRIS, policy implementation, health and safety, recruitment support, and employee relations to support organizational goals.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s or Master’s in HR/Business, 3+ years in HR Generalist roles, and experience with BambooHR and Ceridian Dayforce. On-site work only; relocation not specified.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• CPHR designation or candidate designation is an asset.
• At least 3 years of hands-on HR Generalist experience.
• Experience with payroll, benefits, and HRIS management.
• Workplace investigations and performance management experience is an asset.
• Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
• Experience with BambooHR is required.
• On-site work; remote or hybrid not available.

Responsibilities

• Payroll & Benefits: bi-weekly payroll processing and benefits administration.
• HRIS: update employee records using Ceridian Dayforce.
• Policies & Compliance: develop/update policies and train staff.
• Health & Safety: monitor OH&S practices and compliance.
• HR Budget: assist in budgeting activities.
• Recruitment: support sourcing and screening top talent.
• Employee Relations & Leadership: advise leadership and address concerns.
• Training & Development: educate managers and staff in HR practices.
• Other: perform related duties as required.
