Job summary

Green Pages PK is seeking an experienced Deputy Manager – Human Resources to lead HR operations, ensure robust employee lifecycle management, and boost employee engagement. The role covers payroll, recruitment, compliance, and HRIS/ATS oversight in a FMCG/manufacturing setting.

You will drive end-to-end recruitment, manage onboarding/offboarding, and ensure policy adherence while fostering a positive organizational culture and strong employee relations.

Qualifications

• MBA/MPA in HR or Business Administration is required.
• 6–8 years of experience in HR Generalist or HR Operations.
• FMCG or Manufacturing sector experience is mandatory.
• Strong knowledge of labor laws and HR compliance.
• Experience with HRIS and ATS systems.
• Proficiency in MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and offboarding.
• Oversee payroll, benefits, EOBI, SESSI, and Full & Final settlements.
• Ensure compliance with HR policies, SOPs, labor laws, and audits.
• Drive employee engagement and culture initiatives.
• Monitor performance and development.
• Manage employee relations and grievances.
• Coordinate training and development activities.
• Oversee HRIS, ATS, and HR reporting.
