Job summary

Organic Traveller is seeking an HR Operations Executive to run day-to-day HR operations, owning payroll, attendance and leave, employee queries, and benefits administration. This hands-on role offers growth into broader HR positions as you show ownership and initiative.

You will handle onboarding and exits, organize engagement activities, and maintain HR records. Based in Lahore, you’ll contribute to a positive, collaborative workplace culture with a young, creative team.

Qualifications

• Hands-on payroll exposure is required.
• Knowledge of payroll tax and PF processes in Pakistan.
• Excellent Excel/Sheets skills.
• Strong communication and ability to handle confidential information.

Responsibilities

• Process monthly payroll accurately and on time.
• Manage salary tax calculations, deductions, and related documentation.
• Track attendance and leaves, keeping records up to date.
• Administer health insurance and PF enrollment, changes, and claims.
• Handle employee HR issues and queries, escalating when needed.
• Maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation.
• Support onboarding and exit formalities.
• Plan and execute employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive, collaborative, and inclusive culture.
• Organize regular company-sponsored recreational, social, and team-building activities to boost interaction and morale.
• Coordinate celebrations like birthdays, work anniversaries, and milestones.
• Develop and manage a monthly employee engagement calendar.
