HQ-360 is seeking an experienced HR professional in Karachi to own recruitment, payroll, engagement, HR operations, training and performance management. The role covers end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, interviews, salary negotiations, and employee recognition within a fast-paced environment.

The ideal candidate will have a 3-4 year HR background, with a BBA/MBA in HR or related field and hands-on experience in HR operations, payroll and performance management.

Qualifications
