• Proven experience in HR management and talent acquisition.
• Hands-on experience recruiting sales professionals, including Sales Agents, Sales Closers, Business Development Managers, and Lead Generation Specialists.
• Experience hiring both technical and non-technical employees.
• Practical knowledge of payroll management, attendance tracking, and employee administration.
• Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and recruitment priorities.
• Proficiency in recruitment platforms and HR tools is an advantage.
