Job summary

NOWPDP in Karachi is seeking a Deputy Manager – Human Resources to strengthen HR operations and drive people-focused initiatives across the organization. You will work with the Head of HR to translate priorities into execution while leading day-to-day HR activities and supporting the HR team.

The ideal candidate will hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR or related fields, have 3–4 years of progressive HR experience including at least one year supervising a team, and demonstrate strong

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Organizational Psychology, Social Sciences, or related field.
• 3–4 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 1 year of experience supervising a team or leading HR projects.
• Strong experience in HR Operations, Recruitment, Performance Management, and HR Analytics.
• Proficiency in HRIS, MS Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, analytical, communication, and stakeholder-management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee day-to-day HR operations and departmental execution.
• Supervise, mentor, and support the HR team, ensuring quality and timely delivery.
• Drive HR projects across recruitment, performance management, L&D, employee engagement, organizational development, and internal communications.
• Lead assigned recruitment and employee lifecycle processes.
• Develop and maintain HR dashboards, analytics, trackers, and management reports.
• Support HR policies, SOPs, governance, and process improvement.
• Coordinate departmental workplans, calendars, projects, and key HR deliverables.
• Support the Head of HR in implementing strategic HR priorities and organization-wide initiatives.
