Baysinternational in Karachi, Pakistan is seeking an experienced Assistant Manager – HR to join our team. You will drive HR operations, employee relations, and compliance, supporting the full employee lifecycle in a dynamic environment.

The role requires minimum 5+ years in HR operations, handling settlements, grievances, attendance, EOBI & SESSI, and ensuring regulatory compliance. Working hours are 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, full-time position based in Karachi.

Responsabilités

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in HR Operations.
• Manage employee full and final settlements.
• Handle employee grievances and workplace concerns.
• Oversee attendance management and maintain accurate employee records.
• Manage EOBI & SESSI matters and ensure compliance with applicable requirements.
• Support smooth day-to-day HR operations and employee lifecycle processes.
