Job summary

Interwood is seeking a Management Trainee Officer - HR Learning & Development to support the Learning & Development team in planning, coordinating, and executing training initiatives, employee engagement activities, and HR development projects.

The role provides practical exposure to HR functions while developing future HR professionals through hands-on assignments, data collection, and collaboration with internal trainers and department representatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM or Business Administration or related field.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Strong presentation and coordination skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and basic AI tools.
• Eagerness to learn and work well in a team.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating training programs across departments.
• Support training logistics, including venue arrangements, attendance management, and training materials.
• Maintain training records, databases, and employee learning documentation.
• Assist in preparing training calendars, presentations, reports, and evaluation summaries.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and department representatives for training schedules.
• Support employee engagement activities, awareness campaigns, and organizational events.
• Assist in collecting Pre & Post-training feedback and data.
• Help monitor training completion and maintain compliance records.
• Provide administrative support for HR development initiatives and projects.
• Perform other Learning & Development and HR-related assignments as delegated by the supervisor
