Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and coordinating training programs across departments.
• Support training logistics, including venue arrangements, attendance management, and training materials.
• Maintain training records, databases, and employee learning documentation.
• Prepare training calendars, presentations, reports, and evaluation summaries.
• Coordinate with internal trainers and department representatives for training schedules.
• Support employee engagement activities and organizational events.
• Assist in Pre & Post-training feedback collection and data compilation.
• Help monitor training completion and maintain compliance records.
• Provide administrative support for HR development initiatives and projects.
• Perform other Learning & Development and HR-related assignments as delegated by the supervisor
