Job summary

Pakistan Single Window in Karachi is seeking an entry-level Learning & Development coordinator to assist in planning, designing, and delivering training programs and workshops, coordinate onboarding, and maintain L&D materials.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields)
• Basic understanding of HR functions, especially training & development
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, and delivering training programs and workshops
• Help coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
• Create, update, and organize L&D materials, presentations, and e-learning content
• Maintain training calendars, attendance, and documentation
• Gather participant feedback and help analyze training effectiveness
• Support in organizing employee engagement and development initiatives
• Conduct basic research on L&D trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with HR team members on ongoing development projects
