Pakistan Single Window in Karachi is seeking an entry-level Learning & Development coordinator to assist in planning, designing, and delivering training programs and workshops, coordinate onboarding, and maintain L&D materials.

The role involves organizing training calendars, gathering feedback, supporting engagement initiatives, and collaborating with HR on development projects; a completed Bachelor's degree and strong MS Office skills are required.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree completed (preferably in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or related fields)
• Basic understanding of HR functions, especially training & development
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
