PakWheels.com is seeking an HR Executive to support learning and HR operations, collaborating with employees, managers, and stakeholders to streamline HR processes and develop learning programs. The role involves coordinating training, maintaining records, onboarding, performance support, and HR reporting while ensuring accurate documentation and timely responses in a fast-paced environment.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1+ year of HR experience with exposure to L&D or HR Operations.
• Interest in Learning & Development and employee development.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and organizational skills; ability to follow up.
• Proficient with MS Office and HR reporting tools.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.

Mansioni

• Coordinate end-to-end training and learning activities, including scheduling, logistics, communication, and feedback.
• Support the execution of training programs, workshops, and employee development initiatives.
• Maintain training records, attendance, learning hours, and other L&D trackers.
• Coordinate with trainers, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of learning programs.
• Support Training Needs Analysis and other L&D reporting and documentation.
• Manage onboarding, orientation, employee documentation, and related HR processes.
• Maintain accurate employee records, attendance, leave data, and HR trackers.
• Support performance management, review cycles, and other employee lifecycle activities.
• Coordinate employee engagement initiatives, surveys, recognition programs, and internal HR activities.
• Ensure timely issuance of HR letters, confirmations, and other employee-related documentation.
• Coordinate with departments and employees on day-to-day HR queries and operational matters.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports and operational data with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
