Job summary

Pakistan Single Window (PSW) is seeking an entry-level Learning & Development assistant to support planning, designing, and delivering training programs and workshops in Karachi. You will help coordinate onboarding for new hires, maintain training calendars, and organize L&D materials and e-learning content, working closely with the HR team to track effectiveness and engagement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Psychology or related field preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Eagerness to learn, adapt, and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Basic understanding of HR functions, especially training & development.
• Good organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
• A positive attitude and willingness to take initiative.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, designing, and delivering training programs and workshops
• Help coordinate onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires
• Create, update, and organize L&D materials, presentations, and e-learning content
• Maintain training calendars, attendance, and documentation
• Gather participant feedback and help analyze training effectiveness
• Support in organizing employee engagement and development initiatives
• Conduct basic research on L&D trends, tools, and best practices
• Collaborate with HR team members on ongoing development projects
