Job summary

OLX Pakistan is seeking a Training and Development Specialist to elevate talent by identifying training needs, designing programs, and embedding a robust learning culture across teams in Lahore. You will manage end-to-end training initiatives, from TNA to evaluation, ensuring alignment with business goals and performance benchmarks.

The ideal candidate has 2–3 years of experience in training and development, a business degree, and strong communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2-3 years of experience in Training and Development.
• Bachelor/Master’s degree in a business field.
• Experience designing and implementing training programs.
• Proficient in MS Office and related tools (CRM, LMS, JARVIS).
• Familiar with 70-20-10 and Self-Directed Learning models.

Responsibilities

• Identify organizational training needs (TNA) and plan initiatives.
• Conduct engaging trainings on generic skills and orientation programs.
• Ensure newly recruited individuals meet performance benchmarks.
• Roll out training calendar in collaboration with stakeholders.
• Evaluate training effectiveness and maintain quality of materials.
• Develop facilitation and coaching skills across line managers.
