Folio3 is seeking an enthusiastic HR Intern to support our HR team in delivering effective people operations. This paid full-time internship offers hands-on experience across onboarding, employee records, and performance-cycle support.

You will coordinate onboarding/offboarding, assist with training, run workforce metrics in Excel, and help plan engagement events. Strong communication and detail-orientation are essential in a collaborative environment.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate with a degree in HR, Business Management, or related field.
• Passion for a career in Human Resources and People Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication with customer focus.
• MS Office proficiency; familiarity with HR systems is a plus.
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools or collaboration platforms used in coursework.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate seamless onboarding and offboarding experiences, including orientation, documentation, and system updates.
• Help plan and execute workplace engagement events, team-building activities, and internal recognition programs.
• Maintain employee records and generate regular workforce metrics using Excel and our HR management systems.
• Track and organize employee training sessions, skill-building workshops, and developmental resources.
• Provide administrative support during performance review cycles and employee feedback collection.
• Address everyday employee inquiries promptly to foster a supportive and collaborative workplace environment.

Requirements:

• Recently graduated from a degree program in HR, Business Management, or a related discipline.
• Genuine passion for building a career within Human Resources and People Operations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a customer-centric mindset.
• Solid working knowledge of MS Office (especially Excel and PowerPoint); familiarity with HR systems is a benefit.
• Hands-on exposure to AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude) or visual collaboration platforms (e.g., Canva, Figma) used during academic work, personal projects, or previous roles.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and pay attention to detail.
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with an eagerness to learn and take ownership of tasks.
