Job summary

Buildberg in Lahore, Pakistan is seeking a people-focused HR professional to own the people side of a ~15-person tech team, guiding hiring pipelines, onboarding and ongoing people operations.

You will run end-to-end hiring, onboard new team members, coordinate reviews and maintain feedback loops, and handle day-to-day HR operations with discretion and clear written communication.

Qualifications

• Prior HR or recruiting experience, ideally in tech.
• Organised to a fault—pipelines must have no dropped balls.
• Strong written English and discretion with confidential information.

About the role
