Job summary

HRBS Global in Islamabad is seeking a Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment processes, coordinating interviews and candidate sourcing across multiple channels. The role requires strong communication and organizational skills to handle multiple clients and tasks efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in HR or related field and 1–2 years of recruitment experience, with immediate joiners preferred.

• Manage end-to-end recruitment activities including sourcing, screening, and coordinating interviews.
• Source candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn Recruiter, Rozee, Taraki, and other channels.
• Coordinate with clients to understand hiring requirements and provide suitable candidate profiles.
• Conduct and coordinate background verification checks including employment and educational verification.
• Assist with payroll-related activities and maintain accurate employee/client records.
• Prepare recruitment reports, candidate updates, and other HR documentation.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates, clients, and stakeholders.
