Qualifications

• 2–3 years of HR experience required.

• Experience in recruitment, onboarding and HR operations preferred.
• Proactive, organized and able to maintain accurate HR records.

Responsibilities

• Manage full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening and onboarding.
• Support organizational development initiatives like performance management and employee engagement.
• Assist in developing, reviewing, and updating HR policies and procedures.
• Maintain comprehensive HR records and generate reports for decision making.
