Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/ Master’s in human resource from any reputed university.
• At least 3+ years of experience in similar role.
• Good problem-solving, analytical and decision making skills.
• Perform task collaboratively in team oriented, fast paced environment.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle recruitment process comprising posting positions, job duties, shortlisting, interviewing, negotiating and on-boarding effectively.
• Perform orientation of freshly hired employee.
• Able to provide training and development of employees internally in addition to via third parties.
• Offering leadership role in daily operations of the HR functions and duties.
• Keeping employee information on Database.
• Handling leave and attendance on Database.
• Supporting in building the paperwork relevant to bank letter, visa, employment letters, etc.
• Making sure that payroll for all employee are processed timely and correctly.
• Making sure that related data like bonus, absences, & leaves for payroll are daily and timely posted.
• Able to plan and execute of employee engagement events efficiently.
• Able to issue and keep the record relating to disciplinary measures.
• Cooperating with the health and life insurance parties for variation along with claims.
• Giving out probationary assessments and confirmations.
