Ocean Network Express West Asia seeks an HR & Administration Manager to own the full people agenda for Karachi and Lahore offices. You will advise leadership, manage onboarding and talent development, and ensure payroll, compliance and employee relations are handled with excellence.

In this hands-on leadership role you will shape hiring, growth and retention, build leadership benches, and oversee administration to keep offices running smoothly and safely. Fluency in English and Urdu is essential.

Qualifications

• Master's or MBA in HR, Business Administration or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, incl. at least 3 years in a managerial generalist role.
• Hands-on across recruitment, onboarding, L&D, performance, succession planning and employee relations.

Responsabilités

• Partner with Divisional Heads to translate business goals into an annual HR plan.
• Advise on organisation design, workforce planning and people risks.
• Lead the HR team and report key HR metrics.
