Job summary

Pintern is hiring an experienced HR Executive to join our team. The role covers end-to-end HR processes, recruitment, and daily HR operations with a focus on employee management. Strong communication and proactive, organised approach are essential.

The position is based in Karachi, offering a 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM schedule, Monday to Friday, with PKR 65,000–75,000 per month. Immediate joining is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience with full HR cycle from onboarding to separation.
• Proven ability to source and hire candidates efficiently.
• Hands-on HR operations and employee record maintenance.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end HR processes for employees.
• Oversee recruitment and selection campaigns.
• Manage HR operations and employee records accurately.
• Administer day-to-day HR activities with minimal supervision.
• Communicate clearly with staff and management.
• Maintain an proactive, organized approach in all tasks.
