Job summary

Pillar Health Solutions seeks an Operations Lead to build and optimize the operational engine behind our wellness services. The role collaborates with leadership to connect physician partners, staff, patients, dietitians, and support teams, driving scalable processes and automation.

You will move from hands-on execution to designing systems, SOPs, and dashboards that improve throughput, scheduling, and patient engagement while reducing manual work.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations or related field.
• Experience owning processes and outcomes.
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling, provider coordination, documentation, and healthcare administrative workflows.
• Ability to identify operational problems, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English and ability to interact with physicians, staff, and leadership.
• Experience creating or improving SOPs, workflows, dashboards, trackers, or operational systems.
• Attention to detail with patient data, documentation, billing information, and operational data.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding for new practices from agreement through launch, including onboarding workflows.
• Oversee patient journey from referral through scheduling and engagement.
• Coordinate with dietitians, exercise professionals, and support staff for capacity and coverage.
• Monitor documentation, billing, and revenue workflows; resolve issues delaying reimbursement.
• Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes for speed and accuracy.
• Track KPIs across referrals, scheduling, engagement, provider utilization, and reporting.
