Pillar Health Solutions is seeking an Operations Lead who can build and continuously improve the operational engine behind the company. This remote, full-time role focuses on onboarding practices, patient journey optimization, provider coordination, and revenue operations.

You will partner with leadership to design scalable SOPs, dashboards, and automated workflows, driving efficiency across referrals, scheduling, documentation, and billing while delivering measurable improvements in performance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in healthcare operations or closely related field.
• Experience owning processes and outcomes beyond routine tasks.
• Strong understanding of patient scheduling, provider coordination, and administrative workflows.
• Demonstrated ability to identify problems, investigate root causes, and implement solutions.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Ability to build or improve SOPs, dashboards, trackers, or operational systems.

Responsabilités

• Own onboarding from agreement through launch, including referrals, scheduling, communications, documentation, and billing workflows.
• Lead patient operations from referral to engagement and monitor cancellations, no-shows, and delays to improve conversion and retention.
• Coordinate with dietitians, exercise professionals, and support staff to maintain availability and capacity.
• Monitor documentation, billing processes, and revenue-related workflows; resolve issues delaying billing or reimbursement.
• Map workflows, identify bottlenecks, and redesign processes to improve speed, accuracy, and accountability.
• Develop SOPs, trackers, dashboards, templates, and standardized workflows for recurring activities.
• Track KPIs across referrals, scheduling, engagement, provider utilization, documentation, and partner performance.
• Evaluate tools that simplify operations and leverage AI to improve reporting and workflows.
