Job summary

Switch Communications Ltd is seeking a data-driven Executive to accelerate growth for our global mobile apps through performance marketing, optimization, and experimentation. You will focus on acquiring high-quality users, improving conversion and retention, and maximizing revenue through subscriptions, in-app purchases, and ad monetization.

You will plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads, while driving app installs,

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in mobile app growth, user acquisition, and monetization.
• Strong understanding of product marketing, including positioning, messaging, and lifecycle marketing campaigns.
• Good grasp of user experience (UX) principles and the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Hands‑on experience with ASO, subscription-based monetization, Google Ads, AdMob, analytics tools, and A/B testing.
• Proficiency in analyzing user funnels, cohort performance, and experimentation results using Excel, Google Sheets, or similar tools.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across digital channels such as Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads.
• Drive app installs, registrations, and customer acquisition while improving campaign performance and efficiency.
• Identify and test new growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments.
• Support and optimize monetization strategies, including subscriptions, in-app purchases, freemium-to-premium conversion models and ad monetization.
• Work with product teams to improve conversion funnels, user retention, and overall revenue performance.
• Analyze revenue performance and recommend strategies to improve ARPU, retention, and overall profitability.
