Job summary

Nayatel in Islamabad is seeking a data-driven App Growth Executive to own the end-to-end growth strategy for our mobile app. You will blend performance marketing, user psychology, and product thinking to drive acquisition, boost retention, and turn the app into a daily habit.

You will run growth experiments, map user journeys, manage analytics stacks (GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and MMPs), and collaborate with marketing, product, and engineering to ship growth features and partnerships

Qualifications

• 16 years of education.
• 2+ years in Apps Manager, Product Manager, or Mobile Marketing roles focused on downloads and growth.
• Strong ASO, UA, and mobile marketing knowledge.
• Creative and strategic mindset for growth.
• Strong PM skills to handle multiple initiatives.
• Knowledge of the Pakistani market is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute full-funnel acquisition and retention strategies.
• Run data-backed growth experiments and funnel optimization.
• Own app analytics: GA4, Firebase, Mixpanel/Amplitude, and attribution.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Product, and Engineering on growth features.
• Lead brand partnerships and app-centric campaigns.
