The IT Zon in Pakistan seeks an Executive to accelerate growth for our global mobile apps through performance marketing, optimization, and experimentation. You will focus on acquiring high-quality users, improving conversion and retention, and maximizing revenue from subscriptions, in-app purchases, and ads.

You will plan and optimize campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads, and Apple Search Ads; collaborate with product and design teams; conduct A/B testing and analyze funnels,

Qualificações

• 2-3 years of experience in mobile app growth, user acquisition, and monetization.
• Strong understanding of product marketing, lifecycle campaigns, and messaging.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, execute, and optimize user acquisition campaigns across digital channels.
• Drive installs, registrations, and customer acquisition while improving campaign performance.
• Identify and test growth opportunities, channels, and audience segments.
• Support monetization strategies including subscriptions, in-app purchases, and ad monetization.
• Collaborate with Product, Design, Development, and Marketing to improve funnels and retention.
• Analyze revenue performance and recommend strategies to improve ARPU and profitability.
• Track key metrics (installs, retention, ROAS) and prepare performance reports.
• Conduct A/B testing to improve acquisition and monetization outcomes.
