Job summary

ActivatUs is seeking a Performance Marketing & Growth Specialist in Lahore to own paid media across client campaigns and to build the paid-media systems that power them. This hands-on role requires deep technical command of Google Ads and Meta Ads and a passion for end-to-end performance measurement.

You will run Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads end-to-end, manage budgets, optimize campaigns, and collaborate with creatives to hit conversion goals.

Qualifications

• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads, including tracking behind campaigns.
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads setup and optimization.
• Strong conversion tracking and attribution knowledge (GTM, Pixel, Conversions API, GA4).
• Strong keyword research and search-term mining skills.
• 3+ years in performance marketing with meaningful ad spend.
• Data-driven operator who reports CAC, ROAS, CPL clearly.
• Strong CRO and funnel-optimization instincts.

Responsibilities

• Own Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads end-to-end across client campaigns, campaign architecture, audience targeting, creative testing, bid strategy, and budget pacing tied to each campaign's moment.
• Keyword research and analysis for search campaigns, mapping search intent to campaign and ad-group structure, match-type strategy, negative-keyword hygiene, and ongoing search-term mining and optimization.
• Stand up our paid-media systems, conversion tracking, tag management (GTM), Meta Pixel + Conversions API, Google Ads conversion setup, and clean attribution so every dollar is measured.
• Build and own reporting, CAC, ROAS, CPL, ROAS by campaign and channel and turn the data into optimization decisions.
• Run conversion-rate optimization across landing pages and funnels.
• Manage Google Ad Grant search campaigns for eligible nonprofit clients.
• Manage budgets efficiently, scope spend to audience size and channel, with a bias toward measurable return.
• Partner with the campaign and creative teams so paid amplification, outreach, and content all point at the same moment and the same conversion goal.
