Job summary

Mindwhiz is seeking a highly motivated Performance Marketer to join our growing marketing team in Lahore. You will plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads to drive lead generation and revenue.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on experience, strong analytics, and the ability to translate data into actionable strategies. You will collaborate with creative teams, manage budgets, and stay ahead of industry trends to maximize ROI and ROAS.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in BBA (Marketing), Digital Marketing, Media Studies, Mass Communication, or related field.
• 3–5 years of proven experience in Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on expertise in Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Strong understanding of paid media strategies, audience targeting, and conversion optimization.
• Experience with Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Meta Pixel, and conversion tracking.
• Strong skills in lead generation, campaign optimization, analytics, and ROI improvement.
• Ability to interpret campaign data and translate insights into actionable marketing strategies.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and analytical skills.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously.
• Google Ads, Meta Blueprint, or LinkedIn Marketing certifications.
• Experience with landing page optimization and Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO).
• Knowledge of marketing automation and CRM platforms.
• Experience managing B2B lead generation campaigns.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and manage performance marketing campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads.
• Develop and optimize lead generation, conversion, and retargeting campaigns.
• Conduct audience research, A/B testing, and campaign optimization to improve campaign performance.
• Manage advertising budgets effectively while maximizing ROI, ROAS, and lead quality.
• Monitor campaign performance and analyze key metrics to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare regular performance reports and provide actionable insights to management.
• Collaborate closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-converting ad creatives and campaigns.
• Implement and manage tracking tools, pixels, and analytics platforms to ensure accurate campaign measurement.
• Stay updated with the latest digital advertising trends, platform updates, and industry best practices.
• Continuously test and refine marketing strategies to improve campaign efficiency and business outcomes.
