Scents N Stories in Karachi is seeking a dynamic Performance Marketing Executive to plan, run, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and TikTok. You will manage budgets, analyze performance, and coordinate with internal teams to drive brand growth and customer acquisition.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in performance marketing, hands-on platform experience, and a strong analytics mindset. You will collaborate with design and content teams to develop effective creatives and reports

Qualifications

• 1–2 years in performance marketing or digital advertising.
• Hands-on experience with Meta Ads Manager, Google Ads or TikTok Ads.
• Strong understanding of marketing metrics, conversion tracking, and optimization.
• Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel/Sheets.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta Facebook & Instagram, Google Ads, and TikTok.
• Monitor ad accounts and align campaigns with goals and budgets.
• Track and analyze CPA, ROAS, CTR, conversions, and CAC.
• Continuously optimize targeting, creatives, and bidding strategies.
• Collaborate with design to develop effective ad creatives and copy.
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, and campaign structures.
• Coordinate tracking pixels and analytics with tech/e-commerce teams.
• Support campaigns for product launches, seasonal promotions, and brand initiatives.
• Assist in CRM-based campaigns Email, SMS, WhatsApp for retention.
