The candidate will handle campaign structuring, testing, budgets, and reporting while ensuring adherence to tagging standards and campaign hygiene. Onsite, full-time position in Lahore.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of experience in Performance Marketing / Paid Media.
• Strong hands-on experience with Meta Ads, Google Ads, and TikTok Ads.
• Minimum 16 years of education (bachelor's degree or higher).
• Strong analytical and data-driven decision-making skills.
• UK market experience will be a strong advantage.

Responsibilities

• Manage Meta, Google, TikTok, and other paid media campaigns according to the strategy.
• Segment brand, non-brand, prospecting, remarketing, catalogue, and testing campaigns.
• Maintain UTM discipline and proper campaign naming conventions.
• Monitor spend, ROAS, MER, CPA, CTR, CPC, CPM, frequency, add-to-cart, checkout initiation, and purchases.
• Coordinate with creative/content lead for ad testing and fatigue analysis.
• Identify underperforming campaigns and propose budget shifts, pauses, tests, and scaling actions.
• Prepare daily spend and results snapshots and weekly paid media analysis.
• Escalate pixel, catalogue, tracking, disapproval, learning-phase and budget issues promptly.
• Maintain ad account hygiene and documented testing history.
