Job summary

V2F Solutions in Islamabad is seeking a Talent Specialist to source and manage technical talent for international markets including the US, Canada, India and LATAM. The role is based in Islamabad with a hybrid work arrangement and operates from 5:45PM to 2:15AM.

The candidate will source, map, and engage IT professionals, build pipelines for Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, and Project Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill hiring needs

Qualifications

Minimum one year of experience in technical sourcing or talent acquisition.
Proven experience hiring for IT and technical roles.
Strong knowledge of Boolean search and talent pipelines.
Experience with ATS/CRM systems and candidate databases.

Responsibilities

Source technical candidates in multiple international markets.
Create and maintain talent pipelines for roles such as Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, and Project Managers.
Conduct Boolean searches and talent mapping using LinkedIn Recruiter, LinkedIn RPS, Indeed, Monster, Dice, and similar platforms.
Organize candidate databases and talent pools for easy access.
Engage both active and passive candidates, keeping communication ongoing.
Track candidate skills, experience, location, availability, and compensation expectations.
Collaborate with recruitment and account teams to meet technical hiring needs.
Develop knowledge of international employment and independent contractor hiring models.
