Job summary

The candidate will source, map, and engage IT professionals, build pipelines for Software Developers, QA Engineers, DevOps, Cloud, Data Engineers, and Project Managers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to fulfill hiring needs

Qualifications

• Minimum one year of experience in technical sourcing or talent acquisition.
• Proven experience hiring for IT and technical roles.
• Strong knowledge of Boolean search and talent pipelines.
• Experience with ATS/CRM systems and candidate databases.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of international employment and independent contractor hiring models.
