Job summary

Systems Limited is seeking an experienced Technical Recruiter to support hiring activities for the US market, with on-site work in Lahore during US business hours. The ideal candidate will excel in sourcing technology talent, managing end-to-end recruitment processes, and understanding US visa categories and employment terms.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in technical recruitment for the US market.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related discipline.
• Experience recruiting Software Engineers, Developers, QA, Data, Cloud, and other IT professionals.
• Strong understanding of US visa categories and employment terms (W2, C2C, 1099, H-1B, GC, US Citizens).
• Hands-on experience with ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search, and major job boards.

Responsibilities

• Source and engage IT and technology professionals through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking channels.
• Screen and evaluate candidates for technical skills, experience, and overall suitability.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate interviews and manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Work with hiring managers to understand role requirements and hiring priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records and activity updates within the ATS.
• Stay updated on US hiring trends, talent availability, and sourcing best practices.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and confidentiality of candidate information.
