Job summary

iSystems Ltd. is seeking an experienced International Recruitment Specialist to source and recruit top talent for the US region from Lahore, Pakistan.

You will leverage US recruitment processes, job boards, and ATS to build a strong candidate pipeline and coordinate interviews with hiring managers. The role requires 1–3 years of international recruitment experience, proficiency with LinkedIn/Monster/Dice, and excellent English communication.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of experience in international recruitment.
• Familiar with US visa types and job boards (Monster, Dice, LinkedIn).
• Strong English verbal and written communication; comfortable speaking over the phone.

Responsibilities

• Source and attract candidates for US-recruitment using job boards, ATS, LinkedIn, referrals.
• Screen and qualify candidates’ technical skills, experience and fit for roles.
• Build and maintain relationships with past applicants and potential candidates.
• Develop and sustain a candidate pipeline through proactive sourcing.
• Meet submission targets and manage submittal to interview/placement ratios.
• Keep accurate records of candidate interactions in the ATS.
• Coordinate interviews and timelines with relationship managers and candidates.
• Ensure recruitment procedures comply with company standards and confidentiality.
