Join Code Ninety as a Talent Acquisition Specialist Islamabad in our modern Faisal Town office. Full-time position with PKR 50,000-80,000 monthly salary.

Responsibilities: Source and attract top talent through job boards, LinkedIn, and networking, screen resumes and conduct initial phone interviews, coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers, manage applicant tracking system and recruitment pipeline, conduct reference checks and background verifications, negotiate job offers and manage onboarding process, and build talent pipelines for future hiring needs. You'll work on-site in our Islamabad office managing full-cycle recruitment.

Requirements: Bachelor's degree, 24 months experience in talent acquisition, recruitment, or HR recruiting roles, excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills, proficiency in ATS and recruitment tools, and ability to work on-site at our Islamabad office.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field (completed), 2 years of experience as talent acquisition specialist, recruiter, or HR recruitment professional in technology or corporate environment, excellent interviewing and candidate assessment skills, proficiency in ATS platforms like Workday, Greenhouse, or BambooHR, and availability for on-site work at our Islamabad office.
