Job summary

Tech Bridge Consultancy in Lahore is seeking an experienced International Recruiter with 1 to 2 years of recruitment experience and excellent spoken and written English to join our team. You will partner with hiring managers, source and screen candidates for technical and non-technical roles, and manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offers, using LinkedIn, Indeed and other boards.

The role is on-site in Gulberg, Lahore with night shift options, Monday–Saturday, focusing on international

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
• Strong English communication, written and spoken.
• Experience with recruitment platforms like LinkedIn and Indeed.

Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements with hiring managers.
• Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for roles.
• Manage end-to-end recruitment from posting to offers.
• Use LinkedIn, Indeed, and other boards to attract candidates.
• Conduct screening and initial interviews.
• Maintain candidate records in ATS.
• Build talent pipelines for current and future needs.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and managers.
• Stay updated on Canadian market recruitment trends.
• Ensure smooth candidate experience.
