Job summary

FieldVital is seeking an experienced Senior Business Development Manager – B2B IT Sales to lead international sales initiatives and expand our footprint across the USA, UK, Europe and Gulf markets.

You will drive lead generation, manage client relationships, and close deals by leveraging cold outreach, CRM best practices, and targeted partnerships with technology companies, software agencies, and mid-sized businesses.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to generate and qualify international B2B leads.
• Strong cold outreach and prospecting skills.
• Excellent client relationship management.
• Strong discovery, presentation, negotiation, and closing abilities.
• Strong objection-handling and consultative selling skills.
• Ability to identify business opportunities and convert prospects into clients.
• Strong understanding of sales pipelines and CRM management.
• Ability to independently manage sales targets and business development activities.
• Hands-on experience with Apollo.io, Clay, LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr B2B, and cold email outreach.

Responsibilities

• Develop international B2B business, generate qualified leads, acquire new clients, and build long-term partnerships with technology companies, software agencies, and mid-sized businesses across the USA, UK, Europe, and Gulf markets.
• Sell and develop opportunities related to IT products outsourcing, products promotion, dedicated remote development teams, international B2B sales, technology agency partnerships, and SaaS sales.
• Maintain and keep updated business promotion media and pages.
