Exact Consultants is seeking a Business Development Manager to actively generate new business opportunities, approach potential clients, conduct meetings, and convert prospects into confirmed clients. The role emphasizes target orientation, strong client dealings, and performance-based KPIs.

The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in B2B sales, corporate sales, and event/travel related services, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Management, Tourism, Hospitality or a related field preferred.
• Experience in B2B sales, corporate sales or event/travel sales is strongly preferred.
• Proven ability to generate leads, schedule meetings and close deals within targets.
• Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills.
• Strong network with corporate clients is an advantage.
• Ability to work independently under sales targets and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Identify and research new business opportunities and potential corporate clients.
• Proactively contact prospective clients through calls, WhatsApp, email, LinkedIn and other channels.
• Schedule and conduct client meetings and business presentations.
• Understand client requirements and present consultancy solutions.
• Maintain follow-ups and move prospects through the sales process.
• Negotiate with clients to close deals.
• Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing clients.
• Maintain a pipeline of leads, prospects, meetings and conversions.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Explore new industries and market segments for growth.
