Abendsoft Ltd. is seeking an Associate IT Business Development to join our growing IT services team. You will generate and qualify leads, identify new business opportunities, and build strong relationships with potential clients.

Collaborating with technical and recruitment teams, you will support the sales cycle from lead generation to closure and contribute to achieving monthly and quarterly targets. Experience with LinkedIn, staff augmentation, and international markets is valued.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years in IT business development, IT sales or lead generation.
• Hands-on LinkedIn lead generation and B2B prospecting.
• Knowledge of staff augmentation and resource outsourcing is preferred.
• Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Exposure to international markets (US, Europe, or Middle East) will be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Generate and qualify leads through LinkedIn, networking, referrals, and digital channels.
• Identify new business opportunities for IT services and staff augmentation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Coordinate with technical and recruitment teams to fulfill client requirements.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and support the sales process from lead generation to closure.
• Conduct market research to identify trends and potential clients.
• Assist in achieving monthly and quarterly sales targets.
