Job summary

People Perfect in Lahore is seeking a Manager HR & Admin to lead HR and Administration in a manufacturing setting. You will oversee manpower planning, recruitment, attendance, payroll coordination, discipline, employee relations, and HR compliance while guiding the HR & Admin team.

The role requires 5–7 years of relevant experience, a Bachelor's or Master's in HR/Business, and experience in factory or industrial environments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Admin, or a related field.
• 5–7 years of HR and administration experience, preferably in manufacturing.
• Strong knowledge of labour laws, payroll, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR & Admin operations including manpower planning and payroll coordination.
• Develop HR policies, procedures, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws, EOBI, PESSI and other statutory requirements.
• Oversee factory administration: security, transport, housekeeping, safety, welfare.
• Handle grievances, disciplinary matters, training and development.
• Prepare HR reports and HR MIS/ERP data for management.
• Coordinate with department heads on HR and admin matters.
• Maintain confidential HR documentation and lead the HR & Admin team.
• Support management on workforce management and discipline.
