Style Textile in Manga, Lahore, is seeking an experienced HR Operations Leader to oversee end-to-end HR activities at the plant and ensure strict compliance with labour laws and factory regulations. You will drive workforce planning and liaise with Corporate HR to implement policies across the site.

The role requires 8–10 years in Factory/Manufacturing HR Operations, strong knowledge of labour laws, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Master's in Business/Public Administration or equivalent.
• 8–10 years of experience in Factory/Manufacturing HR Operations.
• Solid understanding of labour laws and statutory requirements.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced work environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations at the plant.
• Manage industrial relations and ensure compliance with labour laws, factory regulations and statutory requirements.
• Oversee employee relations and grievance handling to maintain a productive work environment.
• Drive workforce planning and headcount management in coordination with leadership.
• Coordinate with Corporate HR and cross-functional leadership for implementation of HR policies and initiatives.
• Design and streamline HR systems/processes to improve operational efficiency and service delivery.
• Oversee complete employee lifecycle management, onboarding to exit, along with grievance handling and resolution.
