Job summary

Murkez Technologies is seeking a Facilities Team Lead to supervise Inventory, Dispatch, Facilities, and Vendor Coordinators across the U.S. You will manage the end-to-end work order lifecycle, ensure SOP compliance, monitor cost control, and maintain strong cross-functional communications with U.S.-based operations leadership.

The role requires leadership, organisational skills, and proficiency with Excel/Google Sheets, CMMS, and vendor management systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field.
• 4+ years in facilities/maintenance operations with 1–2 years in leadership.
• Strong English communication with U.S. stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets; experience with CMMS or vendor systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Inventory, Dispatch, Facilities, and Vendor Coordinators per SOP.
• Assign, guide, and review daily work across four coordinators.
• Monitor work orders; ensure timely closure with documentation.
• Oversee vendor onboarding, documentation, and performance.
• Consolidate reports for leadership review and maintain clear communication.
