Job summary

CBRE Group, Inc. is seeking a Facilities Operations Supervisor to support the FM team in a portfolio of buildings in Lahore. You will coordinate maintenance, manage vendors, and ensure safe, clean, and efficient operations across sites.

You will lead soft services, respond to client inquiries, monitor budgets, prepare reports, and drive cost-effective improvements. Strong communication and MS Office skills are essential; a valid driver's license may be required.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of related experience and/or training.
• Preference for Engineering or Facilities related qualification.
• Facility Management certification is desired.
• Driver's license may be required.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and coordinates maintenance, repairs by technicians, vendors and contractors.
• Oversee soft service operation and supervise staff on day-to-day tasks.
• Responds to client inquiries and ensures timely service delivery.
• Prepares reports from facilities inspections and tracks costs.
• Manages moves, adds, and changes and coordinates budgets.
• Interfaces with finance to explain variances and approve CAPEX/OPEX.
