Job summary

Axiom World (Pvt) Ltd is seeking a dynamic Presales Consultant to support sales and technical teams in driving solution adoption. You will understand client business needs, demonstrate how our solutions meet requirements, and own technical validation, solution design, proposal creation, and deal closure support.

You will engage with enterprise clients, deliver product demos and workshops, and collaborate with technical teams to craft tailored architectures and compelling proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 2+ years of experience in presales, solution consulting, or technical client engagements.
• Proven experience with enterprise applications such as ERP, CRM, or accounting software.
• Strong project coordination or project management skills.
• Solid understanding of SaaS, Cloud, and enterprise software ecosystems.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling abilities.
• Experience working with RFP/RFI submissions, enterprise sales cycles, and proposal development.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly language.

Responsibilities

• Engage with clients to uncover business objectives, IT landscapes, and project needs.
• Deliver compelling product demos, technical presentations, and workshop sessions.
• Create customized solution architectures in collaboration with technical teams, ensuring alignment with client requirements.
• Assist in designing and drafting proposals, SOWs, and technical validation documents.
• Lead the preparation of RFP/RFI responses and pricing models for enterprise clients.
• Conduct feasibility and gap analysis to recommend suitable platforms, tools, or services.
• Collaborate closely with sales, delivery, and product stakeholders to support a smooth sales-to-delivery transition.
• Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project alignment and delivery success.
• Build strong relationships with enterprise customers and strategic accounts.
