Job summary

Abacus Global in Lahore seeks a seasoned Pre-sales Consultant to coordinate technical pre-sales activities, translate industry and product knowledge to customers, and support sales teams with technical proposals and differentiating product offerings.

You will deliver product presentations, build demonstrations and POCs, respond to RFIs/RFPs, conduct scoping studies, and ensure smooth handover to post‑sales teams for live projects.

Qualifications

• 5–6 years of experience in Pre-Sales, Solution Consulting, ERP Consulting, or Solution Engineering.
• Graduation level (BBA, BCS, ERP) or equivalent.
• Excellent presentation, public speaking and demonstration skills.
• Good knowledge of Databases (SQL, HANA preferred).
• Exposure to SAP/Oracle ERP portfolio is preferred.
• ERP implementation experience is an added advantage.
• Bonus: Knowledge of AI tools and business analytics.
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize under pressure.
• Self-starter with willingness to travel.

Responsibilities

• Product presentations and demonstrations.
• Support with technical qualification of sales opportunities.
• Provide answers to technical questions in RFIs or RFPs.
• Conduct diagnostic studies to document the technical scope of work.
• Build custom demonstrations and deliver POCs.
• Prepare Job Order Costing (JOC) for proposals.
• Assist with qualification of opportunities and target accounts.
• Coordinate handover to Services for live project implementation.
