Job summary

Zong Business Solutions Lahore is seeking a Grid Operations Supervisor to manage end-to-end Telco/Non-Telco activities within designated grids. You will oversee network availability, lead MS field teams, and ensure maintenance and budget compliance from the Lahore region.

The role requires 2–3 years of experience, a BE/BS in Telecom/Electrical/Electronics Engineering, and strong interpersonal skills to coordinate with cluster owners, riggers, and support teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in telecom/electrical/electronics engineering preferred.
• 2–3 years of relevant experience preferred.
• Strong communication and teamwork capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Ensure network availability and manage operations within budget.
• Lead field teams to rectify issues and monitor grid KPIs.
• Ensure compliance with network KPIs and preventive/corrective maintenance.
• Manage OPEX, including electricity and DG fuel, for grid operations.
• Coordinate resources like cluster owners and riggers and develop their skills.
